Fiona is a Best Selling Author, International Award Winning Speaker and accredited CPD Speaker and Coach. 

She brings over 20 years of wide-ranging involvement in the many aspects of coaching. Her love of coaching started as a performance and speech coach within broadcasting at Sky Group. She very quickly realised recording individual’s voices and playing back that recording was the incentive for them to cultivate their own ‘telephone voice’. 

After coaching more than 40,000 people, one of her coaches introduced Fiona into the corporate world of banking, insurance, and investment. 

Having worked at HSBC, Barclays and RBS, Scottish Widows, her last role with Lloyds Banking Group was to evidence the world-wide group’s compliance when the Financial Services Authority changed to the Financial Conduct Authority. 

Fiona was one of the founders of an international coaching co-operative working with co-owners be more active listeners; improving good business-communication skills; promoting better decision making and improving problem-solving skills. Being a good listener is essential as listening is a crucial part of the coaching process. Being able to understand your clients; reflect on what you see and hear; ask the right questions and provide constructive feedback enable each client to enhance their coaching experience.

A strong believer in life-long learning, Fiona formalised her lifetime of practical experience by attaining her Corporate Coach International Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7 Executive Coaching and Mentoring qualification. The Business Book Blueprint™ is a CPD accredited course.
